Before you return any of our items please contact us via email to confirm and register your return. Item(s) has to be returned or on its way back before any refund can be processed. Returned items have to be in its original condition with all accessories that were included at the time of purchase. Please return it within 30 days of receipt date. For returned items in broken/damaged condition, only partial refund may be issued.
Pack it safely in small/standard size bubble envelope and send it back by standard recorded/signed shipping method as a letter or large envelope, no express or special delivery is necessary. Make sure you include your full name, address, purchase date and the reason for the return for us to be able to process replacement/refund efficiently.
If appears you have purchased wrong type item for your car or simply just changed your mind, we’ll be glad to offer replacement or refund. In the case where our item(s) after testing will be confirmed as not functioning properly or faulty we’ll refund return fees to the amount that we have paid when shipped sorry but other ways buyer/receiver is fully responsible for packaging and posting costs.
Please allow us up to 2-4 business days after goods are received for inspection testing and processing replacement/refund.
